Patch Access provides a taxi booking platform connecting passengers with licensed private hire drivers in the Wiltshire area. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• All bookings are subject to driver availability.
• Fares shown at booking time are estimates. Final fare may vary based on actual route, waiting time, or additional stops.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings if passenger behaviour poses a safety risk.

3. Payments

• Payment is due at the end of your journey unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept card payments and cash.
• For account customers, invoices are issued monthly and due within 14 days.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts.
• No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol in vehicles.
• Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.
• Child car seats must be requested at time of booking.

5. Luggage & Property

• Standard saloon vehicles accommodate reasonable luggage. For excess luggage, please inform us when booking.
• We are not liable for items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return found property.

6. Liability

While we take every care to ensure safe and timely service, Patch Access shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Missed flights, trains, or appointments due to such delays.
• Consequential losses arising from service disruption.

7. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely to provide our service and is never sold to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
